Return and Refund Policy
At TrackFit, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Returns are not accepted for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Undergarments, hosiery, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards or digital products
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or style, we will be happy to process the exchange. The new item must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference.
Note: If you’re exchanging for a different size, we recommend you act quickly, as sizes may sell out fast.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Your Contact Email or Phone]. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your return or exchange request
- If your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- We recommend using trackable shipping services to ensure your return is safely received. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the item is returned.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing, handling, and restocking costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to expedite the process.
- Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
6. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the item following our return process.
7. Final Sale & Clearance Items
- Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are deeply discounted and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
- Please make sure to double-check sizes and styles before purchasing sale or clearance items.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
9. Warranty & Product Issues
